I really love to garden, whether it is spending a warm summer's evening weeding my flowerbeds, or tending to my fruit and veggies I am growing, there is nothing better than a bit of dirt under the nails.

This year, my list includes:

snap peas            carrots            heirloom tomatoes            cherry tomatoes                    cucumbers           strawberries                rhubarb           basil          
bell peppers        sage                lemon thyme            parsley             chives
            green onions    dill         plums            potatoes

Growing in the South Surrey / White Rock area is wonderful, though definitely not without its share of challenges!

For example, last year my cilantro plants died in a mushy mess. They composted really well though!
